Located within the Panlong Bay Hot Spring Resort in Puning, Guangdong Province, the project was developed to upgrade the resort’s summer entertainment offerings. Known primarily for its hot spring culture, the resort needed a modern, high-capacity outdoor water park to attract premium family tourists and corporate team-building groups during the hot summer months, thereby eliminating seasonal revenue dips and expanding its market reach.
Solutions
DaQi provided master planning, custom eco-themed design, and comprehensive equipment manufacturing for this outdoor resort water park. Nestled within a lush, tropical landscape, DaQi installed a massive, integrated water entertainment matrix. The center of the lagoon features a grand multi-platform interactive water house equipped with an array of winding tube slides, wide multi-lane family slides, and high-volume spray tipping buckets. Additionally, a dedicated shallow splash zone with miniature slides and interactive animal-themed water totems was engineered specifically for toddlers. To ensure long-term durability under intense subtropical sunlight and constant chlorinated water exposure, all structural components were built using high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel treated with marine-grade anti-UV and heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings.
